One on One or Team instruction are available. One on one lessons are 1/2 hour in length. Team instruction is 1 hour in length.
One on one instruction begins with fundamental drills working with tee drills as well as soft toss, these drills build the proper mechanics such as balance, stride, weight shift, load, as well as other hitting techniques. The next 15 minutes are live pitching drills or machine drills to build timing, and improve bat speed and power. Team instruction includes proper techniques as well as group discussion on hitting.
Cost & Locations: 1 one 1 lessons are held at La Sierra Park, Promenade Park, Eric Plunk's cages, Norco Cages or the Corona Cages. Individual lessons are $30 per half hour or at the Corona Cages $40 per 1/2 hour ( do to contractual agreement). Please call for team rates.
Philosophy: Coach Yates teaches the rotational method of hitting with some weight shift technique's. He has given over 7,000 private hitting lessons over the last 8 years. Results will show immediately.
